A refund or chargeback on a credit purchase can push your wallet balance negative. FVLBI surfaces this clearly and locks compute features until the balance is restored.
Why this happens
If you spent credits from a purchase that is later refunded, we deduct those credits to keep the wallet honest. This is standard for any credit-based system.
What you will see
A banner on your dashboard shows the negative balance and a brief explanation.
Generation features (images, video, previews) are paused until the balance is at or above zero. Browsing, saved outfits, and the Planner remain available.
How to resolve
Buy a top-up pack of any size. As soon as your balance is positive, all features re-enable automatically.
